Prior to founding Hayes RCM, Edrick had worked a variety of jobs within the healthcare space, were he learned of the many struggles facing healthcare providers when it comes to receiving reimbursement for the services they provide. Initially starting out working for a family friend, Edrick was able to help them turn their struggling company around from a few hundred thousand to over $3 million in revenue annually in a short period of time.
